The Taco Cartel is both here to bring LA back to the basics of the taco truck, and show it there's nothing basic about taco trucks. Fun twists align every dish in unexpected places, offering both authentic flavor and imaginative whimsy. Besides the requisite tacos, new signatures are being tested and rotated out daily, so catch them at each show and event you see them posted - they're sure to have something new each time; something sure to get the streets talking.
