Toasted is elevating the classic grilled cheese to a whole new level of delicious. That level? It's all available on the go, out of a food truck roaming the streets of Orlando, FL in style.
As a 40 year veteran of the restaurant industry, founder Jeffrey Yarmuth had more than enough experience to develop what he's calling a fast casual brand. Together with his daughter Megan, Toasted spawned two brick and mortar restaurants, boasting a "clever, not cheesy" design that drew all customers in. What kept them there, however, was the vast array of grilled cheese sammies to partake in. From The Big Cheese featuring cheddar, swiss, muenster and jack cheese to one stuffed with braised brisket, housemade BBQ sauce and sweet tea caramelized onions, rest assured you cheese heads will find something cheesy to love here. But that's not all. Toasted knows that not everyone gets cheesy with it, which is why the menu includes handcrafted burgers and salads, too.
