About Triciclo Peru
Triciclo Peru is an unorthodox food truck, but we mean that in the best way. Mostly because it's not a food truck at all. In keeping with Peruvian street food traditions, this trailer represents a typical "peddler": a large basket supported by three wheels and pedals. Kind of like a tricycle. You get the point.
