Why did you decide to start your business?

When my son was in high school, I volunteered at his football games in the concession stand. I saw all the vendors and they had long lines and it just looked like something I'd enjoy. I went home that night and googled, "How do I start my own business in AZ". I started with a tent and table on weekends while working at Southwest Airlines during the week. I now have 2 shaved ice trailers and after 30 years at Southwest Airlines have retired and now work my Shaved Ice business full-time. I'm living my best life and LOVE making smiles.

It didn’t take long for positive buzz about their melt-in-your-mouth goodies to spread, eventually landing them major clients from Southwest Airlines to Dish Network. Sporting over 25 hand-crafted flavors of shaved ice, it’s easy to see why this trailer’s such a popular addition to events across the city. The menu offers a myriad of specialty shaved ice made by meticulously pairing complementary flavors. Try a Sunrise for a fruity mix of watermelon, peach, and strawberry.
