What is the story behind your business' name?

I was a distribution and warehouse manager for Golden Cannoli Shells and we had a relative of ownership from the North End of Boston who came in and was a character and was so kind. He wore a pink tie and pocket square ( Logo) and brought gifts for the workers. He represented everything I wanted my business to be.
