Meet Michael
What is the story behind your business' name?

I once read that your truck should be representative of your personality. I went with the whole roaming around from place to place and named the truck Vagabond.

About Vagabond Taco

  • Family Business
Next time you're in a wandering mood, wander over to Pittsburgh, where you'll find Vagabond Taco Truck, ready to bond over wanderlust and a love of tacos. Assuming you like tacos. Really, who doesn't like tacos? This taco truck is serving 'em up by the truck load alongside the staples of Mexican cuisine, sure to have your tastebuds dancing la salsa. At Vagabond Taco Truck, you're being treated to Mexican food on a whole new level of delicious. That's because they're committed to using only the freshest quality ingredients in a big menu built to satisfy. And by big, we mean it. Choose between tacos, burritos, tortas and quesadillas, and you're getting the traditional meaty offering of barbacoa, pollo, carnitas, and the sweetly savory al pastor. But that's not all. The menu also offers specialties cooked up by the esteemed chef Michael Madigan, focusing on vegan offerings including avocado tacos, a big ol' burrito stuffed with seasonal veggies, and his signature Berenjena torta with crispy eggplant. So why wait? Find Vagabond Taco Truck and get to eating already. Trust us. It's well worth hitting the pavement for. MUST TRY Nachos El Guero - This gluten free option comes with crispy corn tortilla chips, loaded up with black beans, queso, lettuce, and roasted red salsa finished with a drizzling of fresh crema.
