About Vchos

"Vchos" is slang for for "young people" – a reference appropriate to the young couple (Wendy and Donny) who created the Vchos Truck and to the young diners who flock to it. Its Central American-style tapas cooking is prepared by Wendy.At the heart of her cuisine are pupusas and Central American foods with a modern twist.
