Victory Shawarma rolls through Torrance, CA with one mission: to elevate shawarma to icon status alongside burgers, tacos, and pizza. Co-owner and chef Fadi, born into a Palestinian restaurant family in Kuwait and raised on a steady diet of spices, brings decades of culinary tradition to the streets—along with a few new tricks. Each shawarma is marinated in his proprietary Middle Eastern spice blend and made exclusively with Halal meats, whether beef, chicken, or lamb.

The menu showcases more than flame-seared perfection. Victory Shawarma also serves crispy, house-made vegan falafel, crowd-favorite garlic fries (kick it up with the spicy version), and their wildly addictive garlic cheesy pita—easily made vegetarian. It’s street food done with soul and precision, shaped by heritage and refined through modern culinary technique.
