What is the story behind your business' name?
Welton Famous Dawgs was inspired by the late Michael Welton with premium franks and sausage from a secret recipe. We use only premium cuts of beef in our products, which are smoked in a real smokehouse. The Welton Famous Dawgs are premium meats that has a natural casing which gives it a built-in “snap.”

Welton Famous Dawgs was inspired by the late Michael Welton, incorporating his secret recipe for creating some of the best hot dog franks and sausages in Arizona. Welton’s only uses the highest quality cuts of beef in their products, which are then taken to a smokehouse for a thorough smoking process. The Welton Famous Dawgs use a signature natural casing that’s glazed over the frank and gives each bite a built-in “snap.” While natural casing hot dogs are the prime selling point for this trailer, they also come equipped with Polish dogs, as well as their smoked sausages that you can customize with a wide array of classic toppings.
