About Windsor Hills Pizza

Family Business

Windsor Hills Pizza is the passion project of two brothers who wanted to build something unique in the pizza world. As with all great pizzas, it began with the crust, featuring a 6-decade old sourdough starter brought directly from a French bakery. Today, the pies at Windsor Hills Pizza dress this sourdough with thoroughly unique flavors, like the Street Fighter, featuring Angus chuck barbacoa, roasted with chipotles in adobo, mozzarella, au jus, white onions, and cilantro, then served with a fresh lime.
