We work from a local kitchen, where we store all our fish and ingredients and do all our preparation. Our fish is purchased from reliable wholesalers, including Seattle Fish Co., who receive it 3 times daily by plane. Our sushi is freshly rolled while you wait by a skilled, experienced sushi chef who has trained in both Asia and Denver. Feel free to customize your roll.
