My Little Pierogi

We are not only the first Pierogi food truck to my knowledge we have the only handmade Peirogi in all of Nashville. (Please correct me if I'm wrong) We make our own dough, fillings, sides and sauces all from scratch. The only thing we serve that hasn't been made by us is the sour cream and the ketchup. Our recipes are a combination of my business partner Steve Sadowski's family recipes and a few of my own twists to help draw in Middle Tennesseans that have no idea what pierogi is. We will also be offering Paczki which are polish doughnuts. We fully capable of expanding our menu for catering and willing to help customize a menu for private events.
