After an 18 year career as a chef, Chef Machon finally reached the opportune moment of having his own Food Truck. He purchased his trailer in December if 2018 and finally recieved the finished product on April 23, 2019, which also happens to be his birthday. For years he has been commended on his spectacular homemade soups and since he himself is a lover of a food sammich, he decided to name his trailer "Simple Soup N Sammich". The soup and Sammich business took off as a different kind of concept, not like the other typical food trucks like taco's or BBQ. People took a real liking to the different concept and business has been increasing week after week . Simple Soup N Sammich is a dream come true blessed by the God Almighty!
