Quaker Oats Bring Your Best Bowl

Oatmeal seems to have been around since the dawn of time. That’s why Quaker Oats wanted to show consumers that though these tried and true oats may go back centuries, oatmeal’s delicious potential is never outdated.

Quaker teamed up with RMNG for phase two of its Bring Your Best Bowl campaign, which invited consumers to create and submit an inventive new flavor of oatmeal for a chance to win $250,000. We took to the streets of Chicago with a branded experiential marketing trailer to give commuters tastes of the finalists’ recipes and to vote for their favorite.

Over three days, we served up over 2,700 Apple Cheddar Rosemary, Vanilla Chai, and Lemon Ricotta Pancake Oatmeal bowls. To enhance the flavors even more, guests could customize their bowls with add-on toppings like bacon, biscotti, and dried fruit and pair them with a beverage such as lemon water, rosemary apple water, and vanilla hot chocolate.

A custom vehicle wrap invited guests to come check out what was going on before they grabbed their preferred bowl and settled into a full lounge buildout featuring tables, chairs, hedges, and a custom shade structure.

And after all the votes were tallied, Apple Cheddar Rosemary took home the grand prize.
