The culinary arts always enchanted Molly. She grew up spending summer nights biking down to the local pharmacy and spending her money on sweet treats. In college, she studied abroad in Paris and was inspired by the city’s rich food scene. She ended up attending culinary school after graduation. After finishing her program, she spent years cutting her teeth at a variety of Midwestern restaurants before settling down in Milwaukee, WI. Here, she decided it was high-time to go at it on her own. With that, Miss Molly’s Cafe And Pastry Shop was born.
Miss Molly's sports an extensive breakfast and lunch menu packed with classic cafe cuisines. Early risers can enjoy a breakfast panini featuring a poached egg, avocado mash, red onions, and mixed greens pressed between two crispy slices of sourdough. Those stopping by for a mid-afternoon meal can sample a warm bowl of mac and cheese made with a rich mix of chevre, bleu cheese, and sharp cheddar. And, of course, there are the sweet things to try. A warm, flaky pecan scone slathered in maple syrup? What about a thick slice of chocolate chip banana bread? Yes, please. Sound delicious? Of course it does, and we’ve got news that may excite you – Miss Molly caters, so don’t hesitate to book her for your next event. This spread of down-home fare will leave guests feeling cozy.
