Good afternoon and Happy New Year! I would love to introduce myself and my company, Sunshine Alchemy.  My name is Jasmine Beck, and I have a new food truck concept based here in Atlanta. We are a purposefully driven company committed to expanding the quality of mobile and outdoor vending.  With intention, we create and serve Conscious Cocktails and mocktails, as well as health-forward Veganish food and baked, gluten free, delicious treats!  We are excited to be featuring the impossible burger on the truck this year!   Everything we make is meticulously crafted with love, care, and positive energy! We absolutely love what we do, and it tastes better that way.  Recipes are designed to suit each individual celebration or event. Concocting perfectly balanced flavors is a form of creating art, the results of which can be enjoyed and shared. We make edible art, spread Sunshine, and drive around in our converted FBI surveillance truck while doing it!!! Our menu consists of two frozen drinks from our Spaceman frozen drink machine, two or three organic veggie bowls and salads as well as delicious Veganish treats, all made with a ton of love!
