Our specialty is serving Cebu style Lechon, a province of the Philippines that produces a whole roasted pig considered being one of the best in the world. We are a Filipino food truck that has created a niche in the food truck industry in Philadelphia by roasting our pigs physically on our truck over coconut charcoal imported from Southeast Asia.
