SG Smokehouse was born in Glenwood Springs, Colorado in 2015 and relocated to FortCollins, Colorado in 2016. We finally moved the business to Raleigh, NC because this is where our roots began. We specialize in Authentic Southern Style cuisine. We smoke all our meats with wood only. No gas ever touches our meats. We smoke all different types of cuts of meats like Beef, Pork, and Poultry. Our smoke Brisket is Texas style, seasoned with salt and pepper only, so you get the most delicious meat flavor throughout the beef. Our Pork is seasoned with our homemade rub, and we make our 6 different bbq sauces with natural ingredients. All of Our food products are made from either organic or natural ingredients. We take lot of pride in our Southern Hospitality, to guarantee you will have best food and event ever.

Nanna O's Food Truck is a family owned business that’s going to reset the bar for great tasting food and customer service in the state of North Carolina. They’re serving up traditional American favorites from across the southern United States and helping people fall in love with authentic homestyle cooking. Chef Howard has spent over sixteen years developing and mastering food chemistry techniques, using them to combine old and new school family secrets to create a signature flavor profile. The truck is named in honor of his mother, who might, if your lucky, make an appearance on the truck.

Sarge's Chef on Wheels

Sarges Chef on Wheels is inspired by and dedicated to my parents. Dad was in the service of our country through the Air Force for 30 years. He served in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. He retired in 1974 as a First Senior Master Sargent. We thank him and all others who stand up and come to the service of their country. But in particular, Sargents are the back bone of any hierarchy and for that reason we honor sarges everywhere. While my dad's service exposed us to world cultures and cuisine, it was my mother that inspired my love for cooking. My mom had a rare passion for food and used that passion to make people comfortable. She would not simply offer food if you visited our home, she would prepare it and place it in front of you to show that she truly meant for you to enjoy it. Sharing her food with family and friends made her happiest ! Most of our menu items are inspired by our favorite dishes from the many places we lived or were exposed to as a result of military life.
