In 2017, the Macao Government Tourism Office partnered with RMNG to bring the incredible culture and cuisine of Macao, China to the streets of New York. Following accreditation as a City of Gastronomy, Macao brought their Michelin Star cuisine and astounding entertainment to New Yorkers in the heart of Manhattan. The following year in early 2018, Macao decided to replicate their activation on the West Coast - in and around Los Angeles. A diverse food and cultural hotspot, Los Angeles served as a perfect backdrop for the delights that Macao had to offer.
When Shake Shack became a publicly traded company in 2015, they looked to RMNG to help make a bold statement outside The New York Stock Exchange. Gifting thousands of New Yorkers with free burgers, shakes and swag bags, Shake Shack was able to leave a lasting impression through a one of a kind food truck pop-up. A few years later, Shake Shack came back to RMNG to bring a custom rainbow VW Shake Shack Bus to the New York pride parade. Yet again, Shack Shack wowed the crowds following alongside the parade and made for a mobile marketing campaign that will not be soon forgotten.
The only thing better than free ice cream on National Ice Cream Day is free ice cream paired with a Timex Watch. In 2016, RMNG teamed up with lifestyle website Refinery29 to treat young, metropolitan women in NYC to a delicious snack and a bold new accessory. Each watch package included a promotional code to drive traffic to timex.com for 20% off a full purchase. The activation was taken to social media as brand ambassadors encouraged visitors to post to Instagram for a change to win big using the hashtag #timexscoops.
RMNG and Jackson Spalding executed a one day, branded Food Truck activation outside of Bryant Park in New York City for Toyota East Coast. The purpose of this activation was to generate excitement surrounding the new 2018 Camry and create distance from the Brand’s “Vanilla” reputation. The Food Truck served creative ice cream flavors in branded cones for “National Ice Cream Cone Day” on September 22, 2017. The truck was also flanked by two new Camrys on either side as well as pull-up banners with a social media call to action.
