We are Jamaicans and long-time food enthusiasts and accomplished culinary artists. We ventured into the restaurant business in 1993 by opening a small Jamaican eatery in Santa Monica, California. Most of our revenues came from catering to the Entertainment industry and attending elite Food, Music and Beverage festivals. We started out with a full Jamaican menu but as time went by, we realized that most of our sales were from our Jerk chicken and pork. So, we began to specialize in Jerk fare by roasting and serving a wide variety of meats, fish and vegetables. We sold the restaurant after 6 years and moved back to the east coast. We were encouraged to get back into the food business when we moved to Austin over 6 years ago, since Austin is lacking in the availability of Jamaica Jerk Food. We have since added our Whole Pig Roast offering for various events and our versatile stainless-steel Roaster is always eye candy for our customers. We prefer to cook onsite where we love to engage our customers by giving them a little piece of the Jamaican culinary experience.

Jerk Pork

Wild pig meat was the first meat to be jerked in Jamaica. Our locally sourced pasture raised pork meals are available in whole loin, chops and shoulder and ham roasts. The meat is brined then marinated in our specially blended Jerk marinade

Jerk Chicken

Chicken is a very versatile meat and is served with our salads, as an appetizer or small food, and as an entrée. Our pasture raised chickens are prepared in the same manner as our pork and are available as whole birds or parts

Jerk Fish

Wild caught fish is lightly marinated in our jerk seasoning and grilled on a wood plank or flame broiled

Jerk Wings

This is a party favorite of many. Like all our jerk fare whole chicken wings are marinated and baked at low temperature. Our wings are never fried

A medley of specially selected fresh vegetables is seasoned, and simmered down in curry and coconut milk, resulting in a delectable stew.

Island Salad

With bursting flavors of romaine, field greens, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, and cranberries drizzled with a homemade recipe of red wine vinaigrette. Optional ingredients: crushed walnuts or roasted pecans and feta cheese

Ripened plantains are always a crowd favorite that can be enjoyed as an appetizer by and pairs well with our Jerk fare. We are a big fan of coconut and avocado oil
