We take all of those fresh. delicious ingredients and wrap them lovingly in a soft flour tortilla, crisp it up on the grill, and serve it with the seasoned broth in a cup for dipping. Other Asian-inspired dishes include green Thai curry, pork and shrimp fried rice, Vietnamese spring rolls, and more. But that's not all! We also make delicious traditional Cajun dishes such as red beans n' rice, shrimp n' grits, shrimp etoufee, and more!
