We serve thin sliced smoked tri-tip beef, 18hr pork shoulder, Baby Back Ribs, Smoked chicken wings and drummettes we also serve grilled burgers, steak melts and chicken melts. Our BBQ is a dry rub BBQ with homemade sauce always available on the side. Our sides include simple slaw, Potato salad, smoked tri-tip chili, smoked pork green chili and bagged chips.
