SEOULSIDE WINGS Truck started in early 2019 with my 2 brothers. At the time, I was a full time teacher and my younger brother was attending university. My older brother was running my father's janitorial company. We discussed the idea of starting a food concept to offer our hometown of 30+ years (in Houston). My little brother was always a really great cook and would always make dishes that tasted like you were eating out at a restaurant. We decided to do Korean Street Food with a spotlight on our Korean Fried Chicken Wings.We worked nearly everyday for a little over a year to make sure the batter was perfect on our wings (Korean Fried Chicken style) and that all of our scratch-made sauces were on point. We also have Kimchi Fries, Honey Butter Fries, and Rice Cups on the menu along with some of our favorite childhood juices in a can. Currently, we are at breweries around town and getting more spots all around town!
