We started the company about three years ago as a tent set up. In May of 2018 we finally had our food truck ready to go after the first one that we were working on got flooded during Harvey. German food is not well represented yet in Houston, we will change that and we can. We are from Berlin, Germany. Our recipes are authentic and original including German brats made with our own recipe only for us by a local meat market in Tomball. We make curry wurst, the most favorite German street food, but we also have schnitzel and spaetzle like you would get them in a German restaurant.
