I moved to Portland since 2013 and couldn't find any Caribbean food and beverages in the area so I wanted to share my culture with the community and started selling food at the farmer markets and soon after opened 2 food carts. In 2019 I closed the carts to focus on catering and crafted my beverages that are available at the local grocery stores ( New Seasons Market, Market of Choice and Co-Ops)
