Though Los Angeles and San Francisco have long been regarded as California's main culinary hubs, Sacramento is following suit by making waves on the street food scene. Previously named America's most diverse city by Time magazine, California's capital now offers an eclectic selection of food trucks as varied as its population. One of Sac-town's most popular food trucks, Krush Burger, offers a Dungeness crab burger named the Pacific Coaster. Drewski's, another popular truck, added bacon and black truffle to their killer deep fried mac n cheese balls. For a healthy meal, the Mama Kim Cooks truck is known for its delectable falafel flatbread. Although there may not be an official food truck pod in Sacramento, there is a good chance you'll be able to find at least a few of them located in front of the CalPERS headquarters at 400 Q street.
